Section IV Class C Sectionals
Nate Raab won the Long Jump and became our first individual male Class Champion since 2016 leading our boys to place fourth overall! Our girls were led by second place finishers Kara Condon and Lauren Paske in the 100 and Discus!
STAC Championships
Kara Condon led the girls with a second-place finish in the 100 Meter Dash, while Lauren Paske finished third in both the Shot and the Discus.
For the boys, 7 athletes got on the awards stand, led by Nate Raab who leaped 21 feet, 4.75 inches in the Long Jump.
Parkhurst Invite
The Boys and Girls had another excellent performance at the last Invite before the STAC Meet. Connor Little and Nate Raab earned first place finishes in the Mile and Long Jump at the 17 team Parkhurst Invite @ UE, while Lauren Paske and Kara Condon earned second place finishes in the Discus and 100 Meter Dash!
Legends of the Night
Our Girls finished fourth and our boys finished third overall at the Legends of the Night Meet at Odessa. Lauren Paske led the girls as she swept the Throws, and Nate Raab led the boys, wining the Long Jump, and the High Jump, not to mention placing second in the 400 Meter Dash!

At the Doug Quinney Invite in Sidney over the weekend, CFTF had an impressive showing. The Girls team had three top three finishers in the 27 team invite, while the Boys finished second overall, and had 13 athletes place in the Top 5 of their events (lead by Nate Raab who won three events and finished third in another)…

The Third Annual Rotary Relays
On a cold and eventually very dark night, Chenango Forks Track and Field got Section IV’s Spring Track season started with the kickoff invite, the Third Annual Rotary Relays. Sponsored by the Nuimminsburgh Rotarians, over 600 athletes competed from 15 schools, with 1200 plus in attendance who witnessed two new stadium records set and the Vestal boys and Clinton girls taking home the team Championships. Our CF Blue Devil Trackmen were just two points off of first place, while our girls team placed in the Top 10.
Introducing the Chenango Forks Running Club
Twenty CF elementary school runners and two parents participated at an Indoor Track and Field Meet at Cornell University over the weekend.
This was the official debut of the Chenango Forks Running Club attending any event off of school grounds and it was an amazing success! !
Section IV State Qualifier
Another amazing day for Chenango Forks Track and Field at the State Qualifier in the historic Barton Hall at Cornell University… three School Records were set to go along with six Top 10 Finishes!
The Section IV Classic
Senior Connor Little lines up for his 1600 Meter Run at SUNY Cortland last night at the Section IV Classic. This was the last meet before the State Qualifier, scheduled for February 25th at Barton Hall in Cornell University.
The Class C/D Sectional Championship
Another outstanding night for CFTF as two school records were set, three more Top 5 All Time lists were made, and nine athletes earned their career PR’s!
